Job summary

Dominium seeks a Maintenance Technician for on-site duties in Goodyear, AZ, responsible for maintaining common areas and apartments to ensure a quality resident experience. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepare units for new residents, while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in maintenance, knowledge of basic electrical/plumbing/painting, HVAC and EPA experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.
