Responsibilities

Maintain the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds, ensuring they are in top condition according to regulations and policies. Respond to maintenance requests and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and emergency systems. Maintain positive communication with regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance, including HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and general repairs. Ability to respond to community needs and communicate effectively with residents and authorities.

Salary Range

$15.30 - $21.27 per hour
