Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Maintaining our communities requires an experienced maintenance technician. Responsibilities include maintaining the interior and exterior of buildings and grounds, working with hands and tools, and ensuring public and private areas meet expectations in compliance with regulations and policies.
Requirements include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords. Perform general maintenance projects, respond to requests, and maintain positive communication with authorities and jurisdictions.
