Salary is based on skills and experience, with potential bonuses. Veterans and military personnel are encouraged to apply, with support for naturalization costs available.
Maintain community buildings and grounds, including HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency systems. Respond to maintenance requests and ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain positive communication with authorities and residents.
Must be capable of performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, responding to requests, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
