Responsibilities

Maintain the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Respond to maintenance requests and perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and emergency systems.

Qualifications

Must be skilled in maintaining various systems and equipment, and able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and regulatory bodies. Experience with HVAC, elevators, fire safety, generators, and general maintenance is required.

Additional Information
