KMG Prestige in Brighton, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and provides timely, high‑quality service to residents. You will handle the overall maintenance of the property, respond to service requests, perform apartment turns, and manage emergency on‑call duties.

The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair, plus ability to perform common residential repairs and safely use hand and power
