What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC expertise: Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including heat pumps.
• General maintenance skills: Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more.
• Problem-solving mindset: A go-getter who takes initiative.
• Team player: Work collaboratively with a passionate, skilled crew.
• Technology savvy: Able to use MS Office 365 platforms and have access to your own mobile device.
• Excellent communication: Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Bilingual is a PLUS!
• On-Call availability
