Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Bluffs at Liberty Glen, a 180-unit community in St. Cloud, MN. You will handle general upkeep, respond to work orders, and help prepare vacant units for new residents.

On-site role with on-call duties and a $22–$25/hour wage plus a 5% bonus eligibility. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in maintenance, basic electrical/plumbing/painting knowledge, and HVAC/EPA experience; CPO certification is preferred.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bluffs at Liberty Glen, a 180 unit apartment community in St. Cloud, MN.

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units
• Perform preventative maintenance on property
• Assess and repair appliances as needed
• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back to site after regular work hours)
• Create and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required

Pay Rate

$22-25/hour + 5% bonus eligibility
