Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and grounds at our properties. This full-time role supports resident safety and comfort, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call responsibilities for emergencies.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prior experience in maintenance is preferred.

We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time and ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

What You'll Do:

• Repair & Maintain: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Troubleshoot & Fix: Respond promptly to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete necessary repairs to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Inspect & Report: Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

• Technical Skills: You have experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.

Work Hours & Benefits:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility. On-call as needed to respond to emergency maintenance requests.
