Job summary
Granite Management, LLC in Bloomington is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a range of facility upkeep tasks in student housing. You will complete work orders, diagnose issues, and maintain safety and cleanliness across units and common areas.
The ideal candidate has hands-on trade skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry. We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits after 60 days, PTO, holidays, and a company vehicle for site travel.
Qualifications
- Experience performing maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and perform demolition/remodeling.
- Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders promptly and accurately.
- Identify and communicate potential maintenance issues to Granite management for action.
- Maintain company vehicle in safe, clean working order.

- The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability.
- Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective action.

This position is an hourly position. Pay will be dependent on experience; ranging from $18-22.00/hour.
