Maintenance Technician - Bexley at Left Bank

Join Weinstein Properties as a Maintenance Technician at Bexley at Left Bank in Fort Worth, TX. We own and manage beautiful apartment communities and seek a motivated, EPA-certified maintenance technician to join our team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of apartment/residential maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, and carpentry
• CFC/EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $23/hour, depending on experience
• On-Call Bonus: $150/week plus $150/holiday
• Quarterly Bonus: up to $980
• Benefits include vacation & sick time, holiday pay, insurance, rent discount, and 401K with company match

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Participation in weekly emergency on-call rotation required

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with turn/make-ready process of vacant apartments
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Support general property and building maintenance, including clubhouse, amenities, and pool

Job Requirements

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Lift at least 75 lbs.
• Work in various temperatures and physical activities
• Climb ladders and operate hand/power tools
