Job Description Summary

Bella Tess has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor! Our team members are high performers who care about customer service and exceeding expectations. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in our success.

Rooted in Spokane Valley, Bella Tess features 552 units including studio, 1, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments with modern finishes, wood floors, Energy Star-rated appliances, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

This role involves technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company's standards for safety, cleanliness, appearance, and functionality.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing maintenance work orders, preventative maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Supervising up to 5 staff members.
• Assisting with budgeting for repairs and capital expenses.
• Ensuring safety procedures and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of hot water heater repair, carpentry, and roofing materials.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and property management software (Yardi/One Site).
• EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required.
