Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Bell Flatirons in Superior, CO. You will perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and assist with equipment repair under supervision.

This role requires responding to resident requests, reporting issues promptly, and maintaining safety and privacy in resident units. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical repair.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community staffing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and required equipment maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety when entering apartments.
