Maintenance Technician B - 2nd shift (Finance)

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician B for the 2nd shift (3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday). The successful candidate will:

1. Demonstrate commitment to safety by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
2. Ensure quality standards are met by following GMP guidelines.
3. Perform maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixtures.
4. Cut and install filter material for air filtering systems.
5. Change ceiling tiles as needed.
6. Perform general painting and construction duties, including repairing/installing walls, handling doors, and fixing door knobs or locks.
7. Install and inspect safety equipment and supplies, such as eye wash stations, hearing protection dispensers, and first aid kits.
8. Proactively communicate maintenance issues and concerns to relevant departments and supervisors.
9. Contribute to effective communication within and outside the department to foster a cohesive work environment.
10. Assist with various maintenance projects as required.
11. Understand and utilize department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance, and job reporting requirements.
12. Complete scheduled work orders and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour.
