Maintenance Technician – Automation & Controls

A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a hands‑on Automation & Controls Maintenance Technician to support production through advanced automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, control systems, and production line automation
• Partner with engineering and maintenance teams to improve system performance and efficiency
• Lead calibration, inspections, and preventive maintenance updates based on equipment data
• Provide real‑time support to operators and resolve mechanical/electrical issues on the floor
• Train team members on automation systems and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support equipment upgrades
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders and maintenance activity

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or electrical/mechanical systems
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls experience
• Familiarity with Siemens PLCs, VFDs, and similar automation systems
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus
