Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician capable of completing all service requests, including HVAC. The role focuses on resident satisfaction and includes participation in an on-call rotation for emergency responses.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues.
• Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and accurately record service activities.
• Complete make-ready units within 7 days.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies efficiently.
• Ensure professionalism and thoroughness in all service requests.
• Continuously develop maintenance skills.
• Maintain community appearance and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect and repair community areas, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with office staff to enhance resident experience.
• Accurately complete records in Yardi and use Sparkle for inspections.
• Engage in company culture of empowerment and transparency.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in an apartment community.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification.
• CPO certification is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
