Responsibilities and Duties

The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:

1. Perform any and all property maintenance needs
2. Prepare apartments for new residents
3. Complete work orders
4. Basic carpentry
5. Plumbing
6. Electrical systems
7. Mechanical systems
8. Small appliance repair
9. Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
10. HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
11. Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash

Requirements

• Maintenance or "handyman" experience
• Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation

• Able to respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
