Eastridge in Bristol, RI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of our manufacturing machinery, systems and building infrastructure. You will troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, CNC equipment, and other industrial systems.

This role blends mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills to keep operations safe and productive. The position requires teamwork, problem-solving, and a willingness to work overtime as needed;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven industrial or facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient with hand tools and diagnostic equipment; able to troubleshoot.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in variable conditions.
• Strong math skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance and reliability of our manufacturing machinery, systems, and building infrastructure. You'll troubleshoot and repair equipment including injection molding machines, CNC equipment, and other industrial systems. This role combines mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Support emergency repairs and respond quickly to minimize downtime

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
• Comply with OSHA, company safety rules, and AS9100 quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven experience in industrial or facilities maintenance

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in variable conditions (noise, heat, etc.)
• General math skills and basic computer proficiency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when needed

Preferred:

• Technical degree or trade certification
• Experience in injection molding or CNC machining environments
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
