Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Madison, WI is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on vehicles across multiple maker lines. You will ensure vehicle readiness, maintenance quality, safety compliance, and efficient service operations through preventive maintenance services, repair documentation, inventory tracking, and adherence to standards.

The starting pay is $19 per hour. You can earn an additional $1 per hour for ASE certifications (up to 4).

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical experience is preferred.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and be able to perform random testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance services, light repairs and replacement of wear parts to support vehicle reliability.
• Document maintenance and repair activities and manage parts and inventory records.
• Verify vehicle readiness and service quality after maintenance.
• Process fleet preparation, fuel reclamation and buyback activities as assigned.
• Follow health, safety, environmental, and equipment standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and service equipment.
• Seek to improve performance through self-assessment and training.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
