Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Maintenance Technician at the Service Center: 5131 S 3rd St Milwaukee, WI 53207. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections and light repairs on vehicles across multiple manufacturer lines to ensure readiness and safety.

Starting pay is $19 per hour, plus $1 per hour for ASE certifications (up to 4 total). Benefits include paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical experience is preferred.
• Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance services, light repairs, and replacement of wearable components to support vehicle reliability.
• Document maintenance and repair activities and maintain parts and inventory records.
• Verify vehicle readiness and service quality upon completion of maintenance activities.
• Process fleet preparation, fuel reclamation, and vehicle buyback activities as assigned.
• Follow health, safety, environmental, and equipment standards to support a safe and compliant work environment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and service equipment to support workplace safety and maintenance efficiency.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
