Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Maintenance Technician for The Arbors at Turnberry, a 367-unit community in Pickerington, Ohio. Responsibilities include troubleshooting resident issues (HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing), completing maintenance requests, community inspections, and ensuring property standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience
• HVAC, EPA Type I & II, or CPO certifications are a plus
• Attention to detail
• Positive team attitude
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with emergency on-call rotation
