Engineered Systems, Inc. in Ladson, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, exposure to crane systems, and the opportunity to grow within a 55+-year-old company.

You will assist seasoned technicians, learn troubleshooting, and perform preventive maintenance while building strong records and following safety protocols. Excellent communication and a collaborative attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push/pull 50lbs routinely and work in different environmental conditions.
