Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, locks and keys, carpentry, painting, drywall, janitorial duties, grounds care, and snow removal. A reliable vehicle and on-call availability are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.
• Solid computer skills and on-site problem solving.
• Excellent customer service and initiative; self-starter.
• On-call coverage after hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and basic carpentry.
• Service locks & keys, painting and drywall repair; janitorial tasks.
• Maintain grounds, clean common areas, and snow removal.
• Ensure timely response to maintenance issues and safety compliance.
