Pay: $25 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisorsto join our growing team. These positions are responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, performing preventative maintenance, and quickly troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Technicians:
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Respond promptly to maintenance calls to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Maintenance Supervisors:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and assign work orders.
- Lead, train, and support maintenance staff to ensure safety and productivity.
- Coordinate with production to schedule repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (Technician).
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with leadership responsibilities (Supervisor).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Competitive hourly pay ($25 – $40/hr based on experience)
