Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Alexander at Stonecrest in Lithonia, GA to keep the property well-maintained and residents comfortable.

You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, appliance assessments, and assist in preparing vacant units. The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience; HVAC and EPA experience and a CPO certification are preferred. This onsite position offers competitive pay and benefits.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team atAlexander at Stonecrest, a 262 unit apartment community in Lithonia, GA

Position Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units
• Perform preventative maintenance on property
• Assess and repair appliances as needed
• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents
