Oakwood Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Columbus, OH. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, troubleshoot issues, and respond quickly to emergencies. You’ll keep detailed maintenance records and assist with new equipment installation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on repair experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a teamwork mindset. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to be on-call occasionally.

Your Role: Do you have a knack for fixing things and a passion for keeping everything in perfect working order? As a Maintenance Technician at Oakwood Management Company, you’ll be the go-to person for all thing’s maintenance. You’ll ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and running smoothly, all while bringing your technical skills to the forefront.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work occasional shifts or be on-call as needed
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus
