Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician A to perform maintenance and electrical work on automated processing lines. You will repair and maintain equipment to keep production safe, efficient and high-quality. Collaborative work with Engineering, Plant Management and Production is essential.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical/electrical experience, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to handle stress and non-standard hours while planning work efficiently in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in industrial equipment maintenance.”
• Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Convey plastics bulk and operate plastics processing lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on equipment.
• Support automation, controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
• Work on water flow and heat transfer applications.
• Perform welding and electrical tasks as needed.

Position Objective

This position is responsible for maintenance work and electrical work on our fully automated processing lines. The incumbent will make necessary repairs to ensure a safe, efficient and high-quality production operation.

As part of our maintenance team, you will be working closely with our Engineering team, Plant Management and Production. You need to be self-driven and able to handle stressful situations.

• 7 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
