We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our warehouse team on 4th shift (Friday-Sunday, 6pm-6:30am). Join a successful, stable, and growing Fortune 135 Company committed to safety, community service, and helping families improve their lives.

General Summary:

Performs preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and troubleshooting of conveyors, building equipment, machinery, and electrical/controls systems within the Distribution Center.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Follow safety procedures to ensure personal and team safety.
  2. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment such as lift trucks, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, dock and electronic equipment.
  3. Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical/electronic issues, including networks, logic controls, PLCs, motor drives, and I/O devices.
  4. Diagnose electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools.
  5. Assist other technicians in maintenance tasks.
  6. Develop and implement procedures to maintain equipment efficiency.
  7. Maintain organized work areas and promote safety within the department.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to minimize downtime.
  9. Complete work orders, logs, and documentation accurately.
  10. Operate material handling and powered equipment safely.
  11. Ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

  • Coursework or certification in electronic technology plus 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, or 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of PLC/PC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, including 480V 3-phase, 110VAC, and 24VDC.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with PCs and industrial controls.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly.
  • Willingness to work shift hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer service orientation.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in electronic technology and 2 years of maintenance experience.
