Overview

Maintenance Technician

Pay: $29.50 + yearly profit sharing + Benefits. Direct Hire.

Title

Multi-craft Maintenance Technician 2nd or 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain industrial equipment on the production floor to ensure uptime and prompt response to downtime events.
• Locate root cause issues and implement 5 whys analysis for downtime occurrences.
• Possess knowledge of PLCs, industrial electricity, robotics and highly automated equipment.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities on all equipment and robotics.
• Possess introductory mechanical skills and basic hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
• Enforce compliance with area environmental rules.
• Take initiative to learn new systems and processes and draw correlations between how equipment operates.
• Read and understand blueprint formats.
• Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift to start.

Qualifications
