Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities according to schedules.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery using various tools.
• Perform repairs, installations, and modifications on machinery and building systems.
• Procure materials and supplies as needed.
• Maintain equipment and keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
• Operate computer-controlled equipment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of maintenance experience related to injection molding.
• Completion of courses or equivalent experience in high voltage electrical systems, electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic systems, and ability to read mechanical and electrical prints.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical components including amplifiers, servo motors, encoders, and transducers.
• Physical ability to handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
