NOVARES in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Plastic Injection Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11pm–7am) to keep injection molding machines, robots, and related equipment running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, set up molds, and monitor processes to meet quality standards.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certificate or degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, work with tools, and lift up to 50 lbs.
