Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Maintenance Technician for the THR Fort Worth facility on the 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am, Mon–Fri). The role performs a variety of basic maintenance tasks and repairs, with an hourly wage of $20 to $25 and shift differential offered.

Responsibilities include basic maintenance, minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, and equipment upkeep. Candidates should have 1–3 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system.
• Experience with drywall and flooring.
• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Generator monitoring and remote notification experience.
• Drive with a valid license and clean driving record.

Job Summary

Performs a variety of basic maintenance functions. This is a 3rd shift 11pm to 7:30am M-F schedule.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
• Assists in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs.
• Maintains equipment; performs minor equipment repairs using power and hand tools.
• Performs a variety of other unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changing and drywall maintenance.
• Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes maintenance work orders, tests and inspections.
• Reads, comprehends and transmits complicated detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system
• Experience with minor drywall and flooring
