Job Summary

Performs a variety of basic maintenance functions. This is a 3rd shift position from 3:30pm to 7am, days to be determined.

Responsibilities

1. Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
2. Assists in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs.
3. Maintains equipment; performs minor equipment repairs using power and hand tools.
4. Performs a variety of unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changing, and drywall maintenance.
5. Maintains logs, performs rounds, completes maintenance work orders, tests, and inspections.
6. Reads, comprehends, and transmits detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system
• Experience with minor drywall and flooring
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Generator monitoring and remote notification system experience
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
