Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join us as a Maintenance Technician on the 3rd shift at Sargento and enjoy a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Position Overview

Provide preventative and predictive maintenance, including electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, rebuild, and replacement of components and parts. The primary focus is to maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met. This position is located in Plymouth, WI, with relocation assistance offered.

Shift Details

3rd shift, 10 pm - 6 am.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment following GMP practices.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic parts.
• Use predictive maintenance diagnostic tools and document findings.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Train and support team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance or an associate’s degree in a related technical field.
• Proficiency in control systems, power systems, and electronic devices.
• Strong soft skills: teamwork, positive reinforcement, leadership, and communication.
• For Industrial Electrician or Journeymen Maintenance Technicians, ongoing education and CEUs in electrical codes and safety are required.
