Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician on 3rd Shift to install and maintain machinery in our Brillion, WI facility. You’ll work 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a focus on safe operation and TPM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum two years industry experience and/or training.
• Strong language, mathematical, reasoning and computer skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine procedures.
• Dismantle, move and assemble equipment as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and TPM tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate Maintenance Technician on 3rd Shift to install and maintain machinery and equipment in industrial establishment.

Schedule & Shift: Monday - Friday (5 days x 8 hours), 9:30PM - 5:30AM

Sign on Bonus: $4,000

THE DAY TO DAY…

• Safe operation of machines and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
• Dismantles machines
• Moves machinery and equipment
• Assembles and installs equipment such as shafting, conveyors and tram rails
• Aligns machines and equipment
• Assembles machines, and bolds, welds and rivets or otherwise fastens them to structures
• Repairs and lubricates machines and equipment
• Complete preventative and total productive maintenance

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Minimum two years industry experience and/or training
• Strong language, mathematical, reasoning and computer skills needed
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

THE WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Able to frequently walk, sit and use hands to handle or feel
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
