Job summary

HR HealthCare is seeking a skilled 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing equipment and facility maintenance. You will execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and document activities in the ERP while ensuring GMP compliance.

The role requires welding skills, PLC familiarity, and strong teamwork on a night shift. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of mechanical experience, a trade school background, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of mechanical experience.
• Strong understanding of packaging equipment and mechanical functions.
• Trade school preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to weld various metals.
• Proficient with PLCs and equipment integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute and document preventive maintenance plans.
• Maintain mechanic room in an organized manner.
• Train line leads on basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Conduct in-process repairs and document as required.
• Review production schedule for changeovers and plan accordingly.
• Changeover equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Record required information in the ERP; follow GMPs and safety guidelines.

Are you a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and keeping equipment running at peak performance? Join our team as a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run safely and efficiently.In this hands-on role, you'll perform a wide variety of maintenance throughout our facility, with a primary focus on manufacturing equipment while also supporting facility maintenance as needed.
