Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support safe, efficient operations at our plant. You’ll maintain and repair machinery that turns recycled paper into corrugated boxes, ensuring reliability and uptime for customers like Domino's and Home Depot.

Top candidates will have hands-on experience with electrical systems, motors, gearboxes, and basic PLCs/VFDs, plus hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge. We provide full benefits and ongoing career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting 3-phase power and electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of AC/DC motors and motor starters.
• Familiar with gearboxes and reducers.
• Basic PLCs and VFDs experience.
• Hydraulics and pneumatic systems knowledge.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic math.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Support safe operation of the Pratt facility and its processes.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.

What do Maintenance Technicians do at Pratt Industries?

These skilled multi-craft professionals are crucial to the safe and effective operations of this facility. Our Maintenance Technicians maintain and repair the machinery involved in turning recycled paper into the 2-D version of a corrugated box and getting them to our customers! Think boxes for Domino’s pizzas, moving with Home Depot, Amazon deliveries, Hello Fresh meals, and more! (And yes, we make those!)

What experience and skills are required?

Physical Demands
