The Clorox Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Fairfield, CA area on the 3rd shift. You will lead the maintenance team, perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot complex issues, and support capital projects to improve plant operations.

Ideal candidates have advanced maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills across PLC, electrical and mechanical systems, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP in a maintenance context.

The function of this position is to lead the maintenance group in daily operations, identify, develop or conduct training as needed and implement strategies and processes to provide the highest level of equipment effectiveness. Support and manage department budgeting as it applies to parts and services in the plant.
