Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager for Parsons, WV to lead a safety‑driven, reliable maintenance organization. You will guide mechanical and electrical technicians, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, and partner with Operations to maximize OEE and plant performance.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, 3–5+ years of people leadership, and proven budget management.

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3–5+ years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience leading mechanical and electrical technicians.

• Lead and develop a team of mechanical and electrical maintenance professionals and team leads.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and OEE.
• Partner closely with Operations to align resources and prioritize critical work.
• Manage maintenance budgets, external contractors, and spare parts inventory.
• Lead plant shutdown planning and execution.
• Improve maintenance systems, procedures, and cost management processes.
• Build team capability through coaching, skill development, and maintenance competency planning.
• Provide maintenance input for capital projects and site master planning.
• Drive root cause analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $90,900 - $170,100–Zone B: $83,400 - $155,900–Zone C: $75,800 - $141,700 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
