Job summary

Cannon-Muskegon is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Millwright for our flagship metals plant. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and support new installations, with opportunities across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include following safety policies, maintaining records, and assisting in training teammates. Shift work is required, with overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.
Trade school preferred for hands-on mechanical/electrical work.
2-year degree with mechanical and/or electrical focus is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on plant and production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Set up and perform machining as required.
Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Assist in training other maintenance personnel.
Follow EH&S policies and lockout procedures.
