HES Facilities Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician on our educational campus account. The role involves monitoring HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, and repairing issues as they arise on site.

You will assist with setting up and breaking down events, and work closely with faculty and staff to support the campus environment. A High School diploma or equivalent is required and benefits include health and retirement plans.

Job Skills / Requirements

In this role, the Maintenance Technician will monitor all aspects of the account, identifying and repairing problems as they arise and will serve as the on-site maintenance point of contact.Other key responsibilities include daily checking of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems as well as performing routine maintenance service (change filters, clean coils, lube moving parts, etc.) on these systems and make repairs as necessary. Will be responsible for constructing, repairing and/or replace items specified by the faculty and staff for improving their educational programs. This may include shelving, play/theater props, physical education equipment, etc. Will also make preparations for the many events held on the campus, including set up and break downs.
