Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician performs on-site maintenance and groundskeeping, including work orders, preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and safety tasks.

What You Will Do

Maintenance and Safety:

• Complete work orders for units and common areas
• Repair plumbing issues
• Paint and drywall repair
• Follow preventive maintenance programs
• Identify safety hazards
• Follow safety policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Other Requirements:

• Work full shifts on-site
• On-call availability
• Additional hours including evenings and weekends
• Assist with move-outs and move-ins
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Ideal Candidate:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years maintenance experience
• Basic MEP knowledge
• General maintenance skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Certified Pool Operator or willing to obtain within 3 months

Specifications:

• Use hand and power tools
