Position Summary

To provide preventive and reparative maintenance services to a manufacturing facility.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
• Work with line operators to perform work when it least interferes with production needs.
• Identify larger maintenance concerns and bring them to the attention of a supervisor.
• Assist with Line Down diagnosis and repair.
• Perform 5-S duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance projects as assigned.
• Assist mechanics as requested.
• Perform basic repairs identified during preventative maintenance within guidelines.
• Perform intermediate or advanced repairs under supervision.
• Operate a forklift or other lifts within guidelines.
• Handle materials, including delivering/receiving parts outside of the company.
• Communicate regularly with machine operators and supervisors.
• Avoid performing tasks or repairs that could impact operations or cause a line down situation.
