Position Overview

This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and piping/electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include inspecting machinery, troubleshooting malfunctions, dismantling and repairing equipment, and operating tools and welding equipment. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and contributes to the preventative maintenance program.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $27.50 per hour, based on assessment, with additional incentives such as:

• $1/hour weekly attendance incentive
• $1/hour night shift premium
