Job summary

Link Snacks, located in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, is seeking two maintenance technicians to keep plant equipment running safely and efficiently. Shifts run 5pm–5am with differential pay of $3 or $5 depending on days worked, in Minong, WI.

Responsibilities include startup checks, diagnosing defects, and performing preventative maintenance across machinery, lifts, and facilities. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and 1–5 years of related experience.
• Preferred: welding (MIG/TIG) and electrical/mechanical safety knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and facility maintenance is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Start-up and ensure equipment is in proper operating condition.
• Diagnose equipment defects and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machinery, ovens, lifts, and facilities.
