Job Details

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on various production equipment.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs to ensure workplace safety and efficiency.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to maintain smooth operations.
• Accurately document work orders and preventative maintenance checklists in Upkeep Maintenance Software.
• Identify and report any parts or repairs needed to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, and climb ladders when necessary.
• Willingness to work any shift as needed to support operations.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience 3+ years of maintenance experience in a similar role preferred.
• Technical Skills Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Electrical Knowledge Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (working with 480V AC to 12V DC).
• Fabrication & Welding Hands-on experience in welding and metal fabrication.
• HVAC & Plumbing Basic knowledge to support facility maintenance.
• Software Proficiency Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software.
• Equipment Handling Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts safely.
