Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facilities in a manufacturing environment. This role emphasizes preventative maintenance, safety, and reliable operation to keep production running smoothly.

You will perform routine maintenance, document work, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and work overtime as needed. A High School Diploma or Technical Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Technical Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience required; 3–5 years preferred.
• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment.
• Electrical experience in manufacturing facility a must.
• Experience with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes and conveyors.
• Experience with electrical circuits, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.

• Experience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical circuits
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics & pneumatics
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends and overtime as needed
