Amrize's Duro-Last division in Oscoda, Michigan seeks a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (1:00 PM - 9:30 PM). This full-time, hourly role offers excellent benefits and a chance to work on diverse manufacturing equipment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of industrial plant maintenance experience, familiarity with industrial controls, and strong safety and teamwork skills. Overtime may be required with a proactive, hands-on approach.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems and adivision of Amrize, has an opening for a Maintenance Technician at Tip Top ScrewManufacturing in Oscoda, Michigan. This is a 2nd shift ( 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM) , full-time, hourly position with excellent benefits.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks as assigned.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Maintain facility and associated equipment.
• Work with maintenance vendors.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete and submit company purchase requisitions.
• Install equipment and electrical components and test to ensure proper functioning.
• Ensure all machinery follows federal, state, and company safety standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years industrial plant maintenance. Electrical experience is highly desired.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals and follow step-by-stepinstructions.
• Must have experience with Industrial Controls.
• Mechanically inclined, and able to perform physical labor, lifting & operating machinery
• Ability to read blueprints and experienced with fabrication.
• Excellent safety and attendance record.
• Must be able to work overtime when required.
• Self-motivated and be able to multi-task.
• High attention to detail and be exceptionally organized.
• Must have initiative and be able to work in a team and individually.
