Job summary

The Central Hotel Harrisburg is seeking a maintenance associate to uphold the property's physical condition and consistently deliver a high-quality guest experience while following health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include indoor/outdoor rounds, pool readings, completing work orders in ALICE, addressing guest inquiries promptly, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Indoor Swimming Pool Experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance principles, use of basic tools, and operation of standard repair equipment.
• Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighting up to 125 lbs. Ability to lift a maximum of 75 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform indoor and outdoor rounds of the property including trash removal and debris cleanup.
• Complete and document pool readings.
• Complete work orders as assigned from the ALICE system.
• Respond to guest inquiries or requests in a timely, courteous manner.

• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
