Job summary

Paramont Mfg LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a safety-sensitive role in our fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.

Applicants must have 2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, and a high school diploma or GED. OSHA 10/30 and forklift certifications are preferred.

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and plant maintenance issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs for equipment and repairs.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all OSHA regulations and company work instructions.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical safety-sensitive role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and production equipment. This position involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will help maintain efficient and safe production operations while minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair production machinery, equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems REQUIRED.

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Basic math and computer skills to work in SAP.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

• CMRT, OSHA 10/30, Forklift, etc.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motion for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
• Must have visual acuity, speech and hearing ability, and good hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable working at heights and on equipment as required.
• Able to lift/move up to 75 lbs.
• Work in environments with high noise, temperature fluctuations, dust, and chemicals.
• Daily use of required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) in accordance with company policy.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, occasional weekends, and overtime as needed.

Shift Schedule

• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Mon–Fri, occasional Overtime)
